Information Guide
Your group task is to create an information guide for recent
African immigrants and community members. The information guide should:
- Contain
information regarding the immigration statistics for the area, including
the number of recent immigrants and the countries of origin.
- Detail
the rationale for immigration, and the impact the immigration has had on
the community as well as the home country. This might include the
establishment of new businesses, churches, mosques or social
organizations, as well as the economic impact the immigration has had on
the community and the home country.
- Provide
a list of community, state, and national organizations and agencies that
support recent immigrants to the area.
