East Africans

East Africans are the second-largest regional group of African immigrants, after West Africans. They represent 24 percent of the African community. Kenyans, with an estimated 56,000 immigrants, are the second-largest nationality among East Africans, after the Ethiopians. Pictured here are the members of a Kenyan women's investment club in Philadelphia.
